Bernt Ingman has been appointed new Chairman of Skawen Supervisory Board.

Bernt has a long history as CFO and Chairman of several industrial companies. He is currently Chairman of Beijer Ref AB, which is one of the world’s largest refrigeration wholesalers with net sales of €1.500M.

Bernt is also Chairman of Handelsbanken’s local office in Kista and have earlier been Chairman of the listed companies Pricer AB and SBC AB. Bernt has also held the position as CFO of larger companies including Husqvarna AB and Munters AB, which both were listed on Nasdaq Stockholm during his employment period.

The former chairman Lars Save will remain a valuable active shareholder.
